Many people have struggled to focus and stay productive due to poor posture and extended work hours. According to research, most remote employees do not have an optimal work environment at home and are unable to readily build one.

While some types of work can be done from home, productivity in terms of creativity, innovation, and transformation is difficult to evaluate and achieve electronically. Employees appear to be exhausted by daylong virtual meetings. Teams that used to collaborate effortlessly must now rely on virtual interactions, which has grown difficult.
